Project Manager (Intern)

Shelby has worked with OWLS since the summer of 2020, with a focus on marketing OWLS' brand through the use of engaging tools in an attempt to garner new clients. Aside from the marketing and social media promotion, she helps leverage existing contacts through new income projects, provides support for training alumni (among other clients), and assists in the development of curriculum associated with new and ongoing programs. Shelby has interests in organizational design & development, performance management, and leadership training. She is also passionate about employee well-being and hopes to implement health and wellness initiatives for organizations in the future.
